Shawn and Tracie are the proud owners and operators of the stunning indoor/outdoor wedding venue. They work together to set up and host events at The Ranch at Woodward Venue. They have loved making their couples’ and their clients’ visions come to life for their special events. The first wedding was held in July of 2019.

Shawn is a full-time rancher. Tracie teaches high school mathematics. They raise Simmental and Angus cattle. Shawn and Tracie are not only dedicated owners of their beautiful venue but are also a close-knit family with three grown children and five grandchildren. They share a strong bond, often working together on their cattle ranch, which fosters a sense of teamwork and connection. Shawn and Tracie adore their 5 grandchildren and love spending time with them. Their children occasionally lend a hand at the venue, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for events. This family involvement not only enriches the experience for couples celebrating their special day but also reflects the love and dedication that Shawn and Tracie put into everything they do.
